About Me

Matt married his wife Genieve in 2003. They have three very spirited children named Adelaide, Hudson and Shackleton and live in a suburb of St. Louis, MO. Matt earned his Master of Arts in Global Leadership (MAGL) from Fuller Theological Seminary and serves as the Life Groups Pastor at Morning Star Church in Dardenne Prairie, MO. He also is a frequent contributor to the blog www.expastors.com. His wife Genieve works as a midwifery assistant aiding midwives in home births throughout the St. Louis metro area. In his spare time he enjoys wrestling with his kids, music, writing, bow-hunting whitetail deer and amateur pistol shooting.
